     Leading Your Life and Managing Your Time
This Course moves way beyond simply managing time. It is about leading your life! Based on a model from Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, participants will reflect on what is truly important to them. Learning how to shift their paradigm from urgency to importance, participants will apply a proven six-step process to help them schedule priorities rather than simply prioritize their schedule. Outcomes include more balance in life, greater relationships, more time for self and yes, improved effectiveness at work!

     From Stress to Success
Stress is caused from an internal perception of threat or future discomfort. Lowering stress is an inside-out job. That being said, there are more stressors today than ever before. Participants in this course will identify their key stressors, create a strategy and focus on understanding the dynamics of responding versus reacting.
